• Maintaining and further developing the IT infrastructure by analysing weak points and initiating optimisations, taking performance, security and costs into account

• Active conceptual co-design and independent implementation of IT processes

• First/second level support for end users

• Management and coordination of external IT and telecommunications service providers

• Collaboration in the support of the company's web activities

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the IT environment and/or completed specialised university studies (e.g. computer science, business informatics)

• Initial professional experience as an IT administrator, ideally in a medium-sized company, is desirable

• Knowledge of network technology (firewall, VPN, VLAN, routing), Microsoft 365 and Windows Server)

• Knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems

• Knowledge of CAD software support, preferably SolidWorks and DATEV

• Hands-on mentality

• Ability to independently analyse problems and develop solutions Independent working style

• Very good communication skills and a strong service mindset

• Team spirit and ability to work under pressure
