Your Tasks

Manufacturing and assembly of prototypes, samples, and functional models

Production of individual parts based on technical drawings and CAD data
-
Machining of various materials, such as metal, plastic, and composites
-
Implementation of adjustments, optimizations, and functional tests
-
Supporting the development department in the implementation of new product ideas
-
Documentation of work results and test results
-
Contributing to the further development of manufacturing processes and prototype solutions
-
Supporting production during the start of series production for new projects
Your Profile
-
Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
-
Experience in the production of prototypes, samples, or individual parts is desirable
-
Ability to accurately read technical drawings and design documents
-
Manual dexterity and a precise work style
-
Good knowledge of metal and/or plastic processing
-
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
-
Ability to work well in a team and a strong commitment to quality
