Your Tasks

Setting, monitoring and retooling machines and tools according to the production plan

Producing production aids in order to meet target times and quality standards

Compilation of the required materials

Monitoring and, if necessary, optimizing the production process

Carrying out quality controls

Instruction of production employees (m/f/d) for new series productions

Ensuring on-time production in terms of quantities and quality

Contact person for production and plant management as well as for foremen

Responsibility for cleanliness and order
Your Profile

Successfully completed training as a process mechanic for plastics/rubber technology with a focus on components (m/f/d)

Previous experience in the plastics or metal processing industry

Strong technical understanding
