Your Tasks

Welcoming and assisting visitors and guests
- Organizing and preparing meetings and training sessions, including ordering catering
- Receiving and forwarding phone calls and emails
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and organizing shipping
- Ordering, managing, and issuing office supplies
- Supporting administrative tasks in cooperation with order processing
- Supporting management with projects and special tasks
- Maintaining and managing master data in the merchandise management system
- Organizing and coordinating travel activities for management and employees
- Independently handling email correspondence and general office tasks
Your Profile
-
Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector, e.g. office communication, hotel management
- You are familiar with and experienced in using Microsoft Office products
- You have strong organizational skills and communicate proactively
- Forward thinking, service orientation, and discretion round out your profile
- Business correspondence in German and English is a given for you
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
