Your apprenticeship with us
At GESA, you can expect a varied and hands-on apprenticeship in the plastics processing industry. You’ll learn how our high-quality plastic products are made and how modern industrial logistics work—from receiving goods to shipping them to our customers.
During your apprenticeship, you’ll work in several key areas:

Incoming Goods & Material Receiving
You’ll learn how raw materials, auxiliary materials, and packaging materials are inspected, recorded, and stored. -
Material Warehouse & Production Supply
You’ll ensure that our production is always supplied with the right materials at the right time, and you’ll learn how to use modern warehouse and transportation systems. -
Quality Assurance & Documentation
You’ll assist with inspections, quantity checks, and documenting inventory movements in the ERP system. -
Packaging & Shipping
You’ll track the journey of our finished products—from order picking and packaging to domestic and international shipping. -
Optimization of Logistical Processes
You’ll actively work to make internal processes more efficient and learn how modern logistics operate in an innovative industrial company.
Your vocational school is located in the region and meets two days a week.
We train to meet our own needs, so the chances of being hired are very high.
The weekly work schedule is 38 hours.
Your Profile

At least a secondary school diploma

Interest in technical processes and industrial logistics

Enjoyment of hands-on work and working with modern warehouse and IT systems

Attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and a strong willingness to learn

Ability to work well in a team, punctuality, and good communication skill
